‘Skits & Gravy (Episode #11)

For the ‘Skits You’ll Need:
4 cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. sugar or xylitol
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. butta, chopped
1/2 cup buttamilk (or sour cream w/heavy whipping cream or kefir!)

And You’ll Need To:
Combine all ingredients (except buttamilk/sour cream w/heavy whipping cream/kefir!) very thoroughly, in a food processor if available.

Stir buttamilk (or sour cream w/heavy whipping cream or kefir!) gently into dry mix. Let rest 2 minutes. ***Gently*** form into ‘skits (over-working will make them tough and sad). Pop into oven at 450 degrees for 12 minutes. Smother with…

Sautee chopped shallots, onions, and garlic in butta.
Add enough flour to make it seize into a nice roux.
Add chipotles, salt and pepper, and enough heavy whipping cream to make a delicious, vegetarian gravy.

Smother them ‘skits with gravy. Serve with eggs and a gluttonous lack of inhibition. Smear in general direction of yer mouth-hole.
