Rhubarb Pie (Episode #12)

For To Make Crust:

Combine:
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
8 oz. butta
1/4-1/2 cup cold water

Make into crusty shape in pie pan.

For To Make Guts:

Mix:
1 package rhubarb
Honey
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Salt

Bake for 15 minutes at 425, then kill heat down to 350 for an additional 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream and enjoy (unless you’re a yank).
