Quesadillas (Episode #2)

Wanna know how we magically created our vegetarian quesadillas?  Here’s the (very loose) recipe…feel free to change as needed.  Lord knows Lauren does…

What You’ll Need
Oil
Tortillas
Veggies (chef’s choice)
Grated Cheese (chef’s choice)
Salt & Pepper
Herbs and Spices of Choice (CUMIN!)

What You Do:
Lightly oil pan and turn to medium heat.

Drink 1-2 non maco-brew beers

Place tortilla in pan and put veggies of choice on half of it. Put grated cheese over veggies. Top
with salt and pepper and herbs and spices of choice. (We used cumin,
cayenne pepper, oregano, and FRESH cilantro).

Make inappropriate CUMIN! joke and take a shot.

Fold in half and continue to cook ’til golden brown on one side.

Flip.

Eat.

CHUG! CHUG! CHUG!
