Bean-Less, Meatless Chili (Episode #8)

What You Need:
1/2 yellow onion
2 large cloves garlic
1 can stewed tomatoes, drained
1/2 cup Textured Vegetable Protien (TVP)
Water (as necessary)
Cumin
Rosemary
Oregano
Salt and pepper

What You Do:
Heat tomatoes, TVP and water. Then sauté onions and garlic and add. Add spices to taste.

When finished, add noodles, cheese, sour cream, crackers….anything but meat or beans. Is this still chili??
